I'm already subscribed, can I change my membership?

You have the flexibility to manage and modify your subscription according to your needs. To make changes to your subscription plan, payment details, or other preferences, please visit the "Subscription" section in your account settings. Note that we utilize proration, which may lead to immediate charges based on adjustments.

For step-by-step instructions on how to adjust your subscription, below:

In the menu box at the right of the header, click "My Account".
Click "Plans" on the sidebar.
Find the plan you would like to switch and tap "Change Subscription".
Click "Unsubscribe".

What currency is the pricing in?

All payments are in USD. If you are paying in a different currency, it will automatically be converted. If you need clarification, please contact us before subscribing.

How do I cancel my membership?

Click on the menu icon at the top right of your screen, select "My Account" (Or "Log In"), and then select "Plans". Locate your active membership and click "Unsubscribe". You'll still have access to the site for the remainder of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse unless required by law in your state or province.
